High targeting specificity

Proportion of protein expression in abdominal adipose tissue is up to 80% after IP injection of adipose tissue-targeting LNP-mRNA.

Low liver toxicity

The expression of liver lucifase in intraperitoneal adipose tissue-targeting LNP was only 14% of that in abdominal fat, which was 17 times lower than that of listed nucleic acid LNP.

Simple operation

The administration is simple to operate as LNP-mRNA is not injected in the adipose tissue and a high dose of LNP-mRNA can be administrated one time.
